Versatility is key.

Tasked to create an abstract piece with an open ended wishlist. Prompted with three reference photos from my book Abstract and a basic list of colors, the canvas was a blank as can be.

Designed with my client’s personality in mind, creating something adaptive and bold was the goal.

Versa (2024) is an abstract painting spanning three equal sized canvases designed in a way to be displayed in any configuration. Whether a space calls for one canvas or all three, the elements within each section are meant to convey the same themes throughout.
